1. Please complete the "NEW TRIP FORM" with as much detail as possible. The "NEW TRIP FORM" can be found as a tab on the top of my home page.

2. Once I have a chance to review your form, we'll schedule a call to discuss the details and nature of your trip.

3. We will discuss the travel planning process, including the upfront trip design and planning fee which varies by trip. The trip design fee is reduced for existing clients. 

4. Upon selecting to work together, Maureen will provide a customized quote and digital itinerary. 

5. We will collaborate and work together to make adjustments prior to booking the trip. This will be a customized itinerary based on your trip dreams, wishes and budget. 

*Please note that I am currently experiencing an unusually high volume of new trip requests. I’m grateful to have many repeat clients, and they are my first priority. I do take on new clients when it’s the right fit. I will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.
