2. Once I have a chance to review your form, we will set up a call to talk about the nature of your trip. 

3. We can discuss the travel planning process, including the upfront trip design fee which varies by trip. The trip design fee is reduced for existing clients. 

4. Upon selecting to work together, Maureen will provide a customized quote and digital itinerary. 

5. We will collaborate and work together to make adjustments prior to booking the trip. This will be a customized itinerary based on your trip dreams, wishes and budget. 

*Please note that I am currently experiencing an unusually high volume of new trip requests. I’m grateful to have many repeat clients, and I do take on new clients when it’s the right fit.
